Cafe Josefina in Munich

Very friendly atmosphere and really to be recommended!

A bit small, rather cramped, not the most comfortable chairs and largest tables, not always the fastest ... aaaaber: always friendly staff, great breakfast, delicious coffee and cake .. and the best way to come anyway if you are not in a hurry Has. Otherwise you can't enjoy it at all;) So definitely worth 5 stars. In summer you can also sit outside at a few tables. There is also cake to pick up and there is often at least one vegan to choose from, for whom this is relevant.

Good breakfast

Actually nice cafe. I went there to work on my novel. When I took out my laptop, the waiter came and said that I wasn't allowed to work with this one. That is an announcement from the boss - he does not want that. I've never seen anything like it, I didn't even know what to say. If that is to promote social interaction - since Corona you have been sitting in a completely sealed off glass case. So you can forget that. I am the customer and I pay - if I work quietly with the notebook, it doesn't bother anyone. I find it extremely condescending and patronizing that I am forbidden to do so. I will certainly never come back. // edit I read the other reviews and found supposed justifications for this rule. It is less comfortable with the notebooks. But if everyone is on the phone, is that not a problem? The fear also seems to be that people there work long hours and order little. Then please proceed directly with a rule against long-stayers and non-buyers. By the way, in 2020 you can do office work with umpteen other types of devices. I would really like to come with a tray - that would be allowed.

Nice little cafe. But unfortunately quite loud inside. Coffee machine and its operation create a decent background noise.

Saved our life with cake. Super nice guy with a pretty nice coffee place. So if ur around town, check it out and have a coffee.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly service, but in my opinion the portions are way too small for the price. A mini bread basket for two people, which was actually only enough for one person. I didn't find the muesli very much either. But it tasted good.

For the price the coffee was poor

Had breakfast here today, a lovely vegan omelette, some juice and vegan cappuccino. They have plenty of meat options too. It's cosy and the service is really nice. Definitely recommend!

Really small cafe but good, they do not serve big amount of food neither enough bread and just accept cash!

Short and sweet: Food very tasty; Portions not the largest but also not very few. Prices raised. Service a bit overwhelmed. Addendum: Only 3, as no card payment. A bit of a shame, as prices are high.

The vegan breakfast menu is very appealing and tasty. I can also recommend the cappuccino (with soy milk).

Having breakfast there this morning, it was just perfect. As a vegan you get very good delicious food and the young ladies who served us were very friendly and motivated. I had the vegan omelet and the homemade lime lemonade, both really great. Since I still had a long drive ahead of me, I asked that I still get the vegan sandwich wrapped up, that was also done and I have to say that the sandwich tasted just as heavenly as everything else. I would love to come back here!

Have been here somedays ago and we got very disappointed. The food and coffee is good but extremely overpriced (overpriced even for Munich standards). Also was made us very speechless was that the waiter was extremely unfriendly, he was also complaining about my friend and didn’t say thank you (even thought I gave much tips.. but still regret it) or said bye... we will never go here again. We are more than disappointed.

Very nice guy. Is really hard, is helpful. Many regular guests. Knows everyone by name. Nice atmosphere.

Just great. Small, insanely comfortable. A not quite conventional atmosphere, very colorful mixed guests (from very young to very old). The cakes are homemade, as well as the sandwiches and breads. There are some hot dishes. The decor is especially lovely - it continues in toilets.

Amazing coffee and homemade cake!

Do not come to this place if you plan on working on your laptop. Owner just told me and my girlfriend that they don’t support people using their laptops because they stay too long... I we were both drinking a Tea and were planning on staying longer and ordering more. I just don’t understand what the difference is to someone who is reading a book for a couple of hours... perhaps they don’t allow people reading books either. preferably only stay 10min here so that they don’t come and. Tell you that you need to leave because you are staying too long and it doesn’t work for them... Better yet don’t come here at all! Expensive and not worth the hassle!

Very cute, small cafe where you can really have breakfast. With the places you have to be lucky and depending on how busy, you can also wait a bit for the service. But absolutely recommendable.

Cute little café with mixed clientele, sympathetic service and delicious food. The price-performance ratio is adequate. Particularly noteworthy is the selection of vegetarian and vegan food. Info: Unfortunately, no cream is served to the delicious cakes, if you want that.

Really cute, cozy place to have coffee and cake or breakfast. Delicious oat cappuccino and a bunch of food vegan options, which is great! Also really nice to sit outside in the sun and watch the street. I would come here again any time!

Delicious scrambled eggs and omelets. Everything freshly prepared with organic ingredients. There is also a selection of vegan breakfasts and various cakes. The cakes are all sugar-free and sometimes vegan. Very nice little shop with friendly staff.

Small, cosy, vegan-friendly cafe. I enjoyed the vegan omelette (although it was more like scrambled eggs). It would have been good if it was served with some salad and a little more bread, but tasted quite good. Unfortunately my partner did not enjoy the soup of the day, which he found rather bland. Very friendly staff. Would give it a second try.
